Leading RE sets an annual outgoing referral goal for our Brokerage; we are committed to meeting and exceeding that goal. As a “destination location”, we receive our share of incoming referrals and we are excited to return the favor to other Leading RE member brokerages as often as possible. This is an advantage you have to maintain a relationship with clients moving out of our area or create a deeper relationship with those local clients who invest in outside markets.
In some cases, a participating LeadingRE brokerage isn't an option or it may make more sense to refer a client to an agent who is outside of the LeadingRE Network. Maybe this is an agent you know personally. Maybe you met them through another RE organization. Or maybe there just isn't a LeadingRE affiliate in the destination market. All we ask is that you let our Referral Coordinator know and fill out a form so that all parties are protected throughout the transaction.
